Delivery Restrictions

Currently we deliver to all 50 U.S. States. We do not deliver to Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories, international addresses or APO addresses.

We cannot ship certain plants to states of California, and some other states due to restrictions placed by the states

Q: How much is shipping and handling?

A: Our shipping charges will be calculated on all your orders before checkout. Certain larger trees will require a higher shipping & handling charge. You can view our basic shipping table here.

Q How do I track my shipment?

A: Tracking number from FEDEX, USPS will be emailed to you, which will let you track your package, from start to finish.

IMPORTANT:

THE PLANTS WILL BE LEFT AT YOUR DOORSTEP BY FEDEX/USPS AND IF LEFT OUTSIDE, FOR A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME, DURING THE HOT SUMMERS OR COLD WINTERS-THE PLANT MIGHT BE PERMANENTLY DAMAGED. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE SOMEBODY IS THERE TO RECEIVE THE PLANT AND KEPT IN SAFE COOL PLACE, IMMEDIATELY.

Q When will the plants be shipped?

A: WE take pride in our quick shipping, and you should receive your plants, mostly, within 5-10 days. Plants, usually, will be shipped on Mon/Tue, after receiving the order. The reason we ship the plants on Mon/Tue, is to enable the plants to reach you within the same week. Plants are perishable items, hence will not be happy, if left in the warehouses over the weekend.

(The shipping dates can be subject to changes, due to various extraneous circumstances-like weather)

Q What if the plants die /defective /destroyed or damaged (or the wrong item)during the shipment?

A: WE TRY TO MAKE RETURNS/REPLACEMENT AS EASY AS POSSIBLE. On most of our returns, on ebay and amazon-we give free replacement /shipping/ refunds

However, please let us know ASAP (within 2 days of receipt of the shipment) what is wrong with the plant and also request you to send us some details and few pictures. After review, we will ship you new plant within the next 15-30 days or issue a refund- as per your request.

Return shipping will be paid by the customer and free shipping will be decided after review of all details.
