1. Limited 30-Day Plant Warranty
Pixies Garden offers a non-transferable, limited 30-day warranty on live plants from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The customer must submit a request within 30 days of delivery

The request must include:

Clear photographic evidence

Detailed plant care information

If the request is approved, Pixies Garden may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:

A one-time replacement
-
A partial store credit
-
Non-binding care guidance
-
No full refunds will be issued under any circumstances

Warranty claims submitted after 30 days will be automatically and permanently denied
Pixies Garden will not be held liable for:

Customer negligence
-
Improper planting or care
-
Use outside of USDA-recommended zones
-
Environmental or seasonal damage (including but not limited to drought, freeze, or heat)
2. Winter Survival Disclaimer
Plants are living organisms, and Pixies Garden cannot be held responsible for damage due to:

Winter frost
-
Improper mulching
-
Incorrect planting zones
-
Lack of seasonal care
-
No refund, replacement, or liability will be accepted for winter-related plant loss
3. Strict Cancellation Policy
Pixies Garden begins fulfillment shortly after order placement. Therefore:

Cancellations are not guaranteed
-
Requests must be submitted immediately after ordering
All cancellations, if approved, are subject to:

Restocking fees
-
Deduction of any incurred processing/packaging costs
-
Exclusion of shipping fees
Pixies Garden may refuse any cancellation request for any reason, especially if processing or packaging has begun.

Cancellation processing time may exceed customer expectations
4. Replacement Policy
Replacements are strictly limited and only granted at the sole discretion of Pixies Garden.
To be considered, the following criteria must be met:

Request submitted within 30 days of delivery

Clear photos and evidence of proper care
-
Issue must be directly related to shipping or transplant shock
If approved:

Only one-time replacement will be issued
-
Replacement may take longer than expected due to stock limitations and seasonal delays
-
Shipping fees are non-refundable and not covered for replacements
Pixies Garden reserves the right to deny any replacement request without explanation.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are rarely granted and are approved only at the sole discretion of Pixies Garden.
To be considered, all of the following conditions must be strictly met:

Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Clear photographic evidence showing the issue and proof of proper care
-
The issue must be a direct result of shipping damage or order fulfillment error
-
Plants must not be removed from their original containers
-
Live arrival guarantee applies only if the package is opened on the same day of delivery
-
No refund will be granted for improper care after delivery
If approved:
-
Refunds will be partial, accounting only for the plant value; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
-
Processing may take up to 14 business days
-
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
Pixies Garden reserves the right to deny any refund request at any stage, without providing further justification. Abuse of our refund policy may result in blacklisting from future purchases.
6. Out-of-Stock & Substitution Policy
If a plant is unavailable or fails quality inspection:

Pixies Garden may cancel the order in part or in full

A substitute plant may be offered for approval
-
If substitution is declined, partial refund (excluding shipping) will be processed
All substitutions are optional and subject to customer response. If no response is received, Pixies Garden may proceed at its discretion.
7. Shipping, Delays & Dormant Plants

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, though this is not guaranteed

Pixies Garden is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or weather
-
Tracking information will be provided when available. Any inquiries about in-transit shipments must be directed to the carrier

Some plants may be shipped dormant depending on season. Pixies Garden may delay shipment if the plant is not ready for healthy transport
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Pixies Garden shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

Plant performance or survival
-
Delays in shipping, replacement, or cancellation

Customer misuse or misinterpretation of plant care
-
Environmental or seasonal impact
The maximum liability of Pixies Garden, if any, shall be limited to the partial value of the affected plant, as determined solely by Pixies Garden.

Yes, only the first 2 classes are completely freefor participants.
Do participants receive a free plant in the free classes?
Yes, each attendee in the free classes will receive one free plant, while supplies last.
Are the free classes held in groups?
Yes, classes are conducted in small groups of 10–15 peoplefor better learning.
Who teaches the Fall Gardening Classes?
The classes are taught by a Master Gardener from Pixies Gardens.
What topics are covered in the class?
The class covers fall planting methods, soil preparation, watering, choosing the right plants, mulching, and hands-on planting demonstrations.
Why is fall considered the best season for planting?
Because the soil is warm, weather is cool, water needs are lower, and plants experienceless stress, allowing roots to grow quickly.
How can I register for the gardening classes?
Registration is done only through email, and you will receive timing and location details after confirmation.
Can beginners join the class?
Yes, the classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced gardeners.
Are children allowed to attend the class?
Yes, children under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Will photos or videos be taken during the class?
Yes, Pixies Gardens may take photos and videos during the class for promotional and educational use.
