I was super hesitant to purchase plants through the website based on some reviews. I was unable to find these plant anywhere else, so took a chance.
I wanted 6 plants and needed them shipped to California. The ordering process was simple, after a few days of phone tag. I noticed the address was input wrong in the purchase confirmation but they were quick to change it once I email them and luckily I caught the error before they were shipped. It took about 5 days to receive the plants and I was so nervous they would be dead. However, with the exception of one that I think will revive, they were all alive and in good shape.
My only concern was the longer shipping times but as of now, the plants are still doing well. I’m glad to have gave them a chance and I would recommend them. Just be sure to double check that the shipping address is correct in the email confirmation after purchasing.
