Horrible Customer Service

Tried and tried to contact your company through e-mail, phone, and voicemail. No one responded. Finally, on Friday, I used all caps in an email to request a cancellation, and you suddenly sent me a notice that the products were shipped. This was late, after hours, in the evening on a Friday. No way they actually shipped on a Friday night. I responded, asking you to cancel and refund my money, and that I noticed you didn’t send a tracking number. After a while, you sent a tracking number. I do actually know how tracking numbers work, by the way. Knowing that there was no way they had been actually picked up for shipment on Friday night, I once again request a cancellation and refund! I explained, as I already had, that there would be not a soul at the address to receive the plants the following week, and the plants would die in their boxes. Once again, crickets. Your only response was that you had created a ticket and would get back to me in 2 to 3 days. By the way, you had created several tickets for me on Wednesday thru Friday, and did not respond to a single one, even in a 2 to 3 day timeframe. Not one phone call was answered. Your voice mail had some message implying that you were busy helping other customers. I am a paying customer, whose money you withdrew instantly, before you even pulled, much less shipped, the product. I could have picked these up on Wednesday, as I was literally driving right past Conyers, and I contacted you to request that!!!!! Crickets!!!! Worst customer service ever. The plants were delivered two days after we left and are currently sitting there dying in their boxes….while you kept my money!!!! Horrible. I ordered large purchases from three other companies who managed to get their plants to the address on Thursday! And they were no where near as close as Conyers. I had worried least about your company because you were closer than any, plus you claimed you typically shipped orders on Monday or Tuesday the week after they were ordered. When I realized you had not given me a tracking order by Wednesday, I frantically tried to contact you, because I had to have the plants no later than Saturday. Thank you for not answering emails or phone calls and for taking my money and delivering plants doomed to die in their boxes, after I requested a cancellation. !!!!!!!!
