Plant Care Tips

🌱 Planting Instructions

Select a planting site with loose, well-draining soil and some shelter from intense afternoon heat. Dig a hole wider than the root ball, set the tree level with the surrounding soil, backfill gently, and water thoroughly to settle the roots.

💧 Watering Tips

Keep the soil consistently moist during the first year. Once established, water deeply during extended dry periods, avoiding excess moisture around the roots.

☀️ Sunlight Requirements

Performs best in moderate sunlight. Morning sun with afternoon shade helps protect foliage and maintain leaf color.

🌸 Fertilizer Tips

Apply a slow-release fertilizer for ornamental trees in early spring. Light, steady feeding supports healthy growth.

✂️ Pruning Guide

Minimal pruning is needed. Remove damaged, weak, or crossing branches in late winter to maintain shape.

❄️ Seasonal & Winter Care

Mulch around the root zone to conserve moisture and regulate soil temperature. Young trees may need extra protection during their first few winters in colder or windy areas.
