Customer service is lacking. I called 3 times with only a message. Never had a person answer. That's my only issue. The fig tree was packed well and delivered with no leaves. No worries but was surprised so early in the season. Other fig trees in my area are full of leaves and the fig tree was shipped south of me where it's a warmer climate. It was about 30 inches tall and had stems with green sprouts so I'm sure it is alive. The tree would loose it's leaves anyway in the next month.

I will start by saying that previous orders from pixies garden were well done and shipped fast. However, I just purchased a SEVEN GALLON tree at a price of over $200 and when it arrived it was under five ft. tall (4ft 10inches). I emailed them two times to question the order and there was no reply either time. So I called them, left a voice message and still, so far, no reply.
A mistake is a mistake, if it was, but ignoring the customer after the money is in the bank is not good practice, sadly.
I will not persue the issue any further, it is what it is. But I can't say that I am happy with it.
