Packed well but the tree itself didn't look great. The leaves were discolored and wilted and didn't look healthy. One branch (small branch,at least) was broken.

I will start by saying that previous orders from pixies garden were well done and shipped fast. However, I just purchased a SEVEN GALLON tree at a price of over $200 and when it arrived it was under five ft. tall (4ft 10inches). I emailed them two times to question the order and there was no reply. So I called them, left a voice message and still, so far, no reply. A mistake is a mistake, if it was, but ignoring the customer after the money is in the bank is not good practice, sadly. I will not persue the issue any further, it is what it is. But I can't say that I am happy with it.

Ordered my tree which quickly shipped and traveled the 120 miles to my city. Out for delivery the next day. After waiting all day UPS states rescheduled for next day. Then tree never shows out for delivery so day after that shows up in PA. a long way from GA. After 5 days in hot trucks finally made it to my home. Contacted Pixie about it’s condition and was told to just plant it and see how it does. I did not pay that price for an older tree to lose a year’s growth while it tries to recover.
