First time ordering from Pixie and guess I had higher hopes after dropping $200 on two Ever Reds. What arrived was a gangly mess of awkward looking branches almost as small as the two 2 gal (although lush) ones I found at Home Depot last week, disappointing. Fixed them up the best I could do and got them in the ground to fill in the spots I needed them for. Hopefully they’ll be salvageable over the next year.
I have another order set to arrive in a few days from Pixie and, after dropping another $100 I’m hoping I haven’t wasted my money and time.

After dropping $200 on two of these I was expecting far better quality than what I received. Especially after purchasing the last two I found at my local Home Depot (2 gal) last week which were surprisingly full and lush. Sadly what arrived was a gangly mess of awkward shaped twigs. I get leaf drop and I’m fine with some of that (even though it’s and evergreen and there shouldn’t be much) and these didn’t have much of that, but these are literal twigs. I received two 5 gal twigs with some leaves that are the same size as the 2 gal ones that I paid 1/3 the price for.
I have another shipment coming tomorrow and honestly I’m sorta nervous.
