Not sprouting leaves yet (?)

I still don't see budding on any of the 4 roses (?)
The main stems are still green, I've used transplant solutions, still praying for green leaves.
It's getting hot now, they should have sprouted (?)

So far, so good but only time and warm temps will tell.

So far, so good. I purchased this rose in September with the anticipation of its larger growth come Spring and Summer of 2022. I will let you know how it does. For now, it made it through the Winter and has new growth and I'm encouraged that it will blossom in the Spring & Summer. Thank you.
