    Plant Care Tips

    🌱 Planting Instructions

Locate the plant in a sheltered location with well-drained soil. You need to create a hole twice the size of the root ball. The plant should be planted slightly above soil level, backfilled gently, and watered deeply. Compaction of soil around roots should be avoided.

    💧 Watering Tips

It is important to water regularly during the first growing season. Keep the soil evenly moist once it has been established. To maintain root health, do not let waterlogged soil accumulate.

    ☀️ Sunlight Requirement

A tree of this type performs best in partial shade or in morning sun with afternoon protection. There is a risk of stressing the delicate leaves if they are exposed to too much direct sunlight.

    🌸 Fertilizer Tips

In early spring, use a balanced, slow-release fertilizer. It is best to avoid excessive feeding because it affects the color of the leaves.

    ✂️ Pruning Guide

The amount of pruning needed is minimal. For a natural shape, remove branches that are dead or crossed in late winter or early spring.

    ❄️ Seasonal & Winter Care

Keeping soil damp and regulating soil temperature can be achieved by mulching around the base. Winter winds can be harsh on young trees, so they should be protected.
