Did not receive one of the trees I ordered. I called and left several messages and I have sent emails but I haven't heard a thing. Very disappointed !

I do enjoy the tree but only the buds in the middle of the tree are sprouting. All of the buds where there were still leaves remaining are not sprouting which makes for an odd look. I think I'll be cutting the top off here soon before spring to give it a more proper look this summer. But the new leaves are beautiful.
