I ordered 3 plants from Pixie Gardens. They were all 2 and 3 gallon pots. None of them had root balls filling up the pots. One was close, the second was about half but the 3rd, which was the Salavatski Pomegranate Tree, was maybe about the size of two fists. I guess I could start a seed and sell it in a 2 gallon pot and technically that's a two gallon pot but I don't think it's very honest. The plant looks healthy but it's nowhere near a 2 gallon root ball. Everything was packaged well, shipped quickly, and looks healthy but they are not really the size advertised.
Purchase a large fruit tree. Got a small dying shrub in large container. Tried to contact the seller, left messages. No response.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
I was shipped a dead plant. I emailed Pixie's about this, and was told a request for a replacement plant had been put in. After not hearing anything back for a while, I sent a follow-up email to see what the status was. Then another follow-up email. Then another. It's been almost 2 months and I never received a response back.
arrived well.......dug hole ahead in within 1 hour now we wait.
