I purchased this tree with the only available option of 1 gallon pot. The tree/looks like a bush it is 14 inches high and they crushed the pot, there was no rootball. It was just a bare root bush, and some topsoil in a pot. When I was placing the order it had other options and I put down to deliver it September 1, 2023 and they sent it ASAP. I have a water restriction in my town since May, I know I requested them to deliver it in September and they delivered it ASAP. I called them three times and there was no answer. I emailed them and they apologized for sending it ASAP and any inconvenience it caused me and said it was checked ASAP not a scheduled delivery date. I know I requested September 1 I asked how they were going to make it right and I never heard back from them. Great customer service. LOL I hope the So cold tree takes.
