I wiukd have given a 5 star review...but..... The day my box arrived with my two trees in it, I immediately photographed the packaging problem and then keft a voice mail for them. The following day I sentvan email wuth the photos I had taken. One tree & pot had broken free of the tape holding it upside down and had smashed down onto the other tree. The tree that had let go, came partially out of the potand the tree itself was bent over with the trunk coming out of the soil. I w6as concerned that the roots/trunk might be compromised and that if it lived, that it wouldn't grow straight. No one from Pixie Gardens ever responded to my call or email. Why would I do business with a company like that again?
