Description

DELITE BLUEBERRY BUSH (Rabbiteye cultivar) The Delite Blueberries ripens in late June and July. The berries will often maintain a pinkish or reddish tinge, even when fully ripened. Because of the delicious flavor, the  berries are best eaten fresh. It matures to an average height of 6 to 8 feet and an average width of 6 to 8 feet, depending on climate and other environmental factors.
  • Late fruiting, Medium size fruit, good flavor, and a dry stem scar
  • Plants are upright growth habits with average vigor
  • Hardy in zones 7-9
  • Chilling requirements are 500 hours plus
  • Resistant To insects, diseases, heat
We cannot ship plants larger than 2 gallons to California.

Note: The plant is shipped in its pot, firmly secured with several layers of clear tape, thereby avoiding any shuffling and moving during transit. The plant reaches you with minimal damage- very safe and secure. We have been shipping plants like this for several years (plant are sometimes shipped in smaller pots for safety and ease of shipping). Most plants go dormant in fall and winter and will lose most of their leaves - looking dead and dry - very normal. They will flush out in spring.

We cannot send ship some plants and some sizes to California due to restrictions placed by department of agriculture.
