I placed a big order in late April, with a few items that were marked pre-order and due to ship in May. The items that arrived were beautiful and worked out great, but I can't seem to get any answer from the company on when the pre-order items will arrive, including this Willow bush. I was very excited to plant it in our yard in May, but it's almost the end of the month and I haven't received it. I have left the company a few emails, calls, and texts over the course of the month to try to get any information on their arrival and they have not answered me at all. I'm sure they will be lovely if/when they arrive, but the customer service has been extremely frustrating regarding a simple question.
